LG V50 ThinQ has a score of 83.7, which is a bit better than Galaxy A12's overall score of 80.3. Despite of the fact that the LG V50 ThinQ is older than Galaxy A12, it's design is just a little thinner and somewhat lighter. Both of these phones use the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features.

The LG V50 ThinQ features a much better screen than Galaxy A12, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much higher display density and a way better resolution of 1440 x 3120px. The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have 8 cores, the LG V50 ThinQ also has more RAM.

Samsung Galaxy A12's camera is just as good as LG V50 ThinQ's camera, because although the Samsung Galaxy A12 has worse 30 fps video frame rate and a much tinier camera aperture which is not so good for shooting pictures in low-light situations, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, it also counts with a lot better 48 MP resolution camera.

The LG V50 ThinQ features a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy A12, because it has an external SD slot that allows up to 1,95 TB and 64 GB more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy A12 has superior battery performance than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
