Comparison review

The Galaxy Note9 has a score of 87.1, which is a bit better than LG V50 ThinQ's 83.7 score. Although it's the best in this review, we must note that it is also a bit thicker and a little heavier. LG V50 ThinQ features a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note9, and although they both have a display of the same size, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a bit higher count of pixels per display inch and a slightly higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels.

The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note9, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a processing unit that is just as good as the processing unit in LG V50 ThinQ, both of them have 6 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.

The Galaxy Note9 and LG V50 ThinQ both feature quite similar cameras, and although the Galaxy Note9 has a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality, they both have the same 60 fps video frame rate, the same (4K) video resolution, a 12 mega pixels resolution camera and the same aperture. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a battery life that's very similar to the LG V50 ThinQ one.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG V50 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG V50 ThinQ. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note9, else you can save a couple dollars and get the LG V50 ThinQ, giving up a couple features and specs.
