The LG Velvet has an overall score of 87.1, which is a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 3's global score of 86.3. The LG Velvet design is extremely thinner and incredibly lighter than the Asus ROG Phone 3, even when both were released with only 2 months difference. Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a little better performance than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has more RAM memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a slightly better screen than LG Velvet, although it has a little smaller screen, a little lower pixels density and a little worse 1080 x 2340 resolution. LG Velvet features a superior storage to install applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 3, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG Velvet also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 has a way better battery life than LG Velvet, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a better camera than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has a camera with much more mega pixels, a bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a better image quality and a much higher 7680x4320 video quality.
