Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a score of 87.1, which is much better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s global score of 77.4. Although LG Velvet is just a bit heavier than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), it's a little bit thinner and newer. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a little bit better screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a little smaller display and a little bit lower 1080 x 2280 resolution, it also counts with a bit greater screen pixels density.
LG Velvet features a bit superior CPU than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2). Both have 6 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s memory capacity for games and applications is very similar to the LG Velvet one, they have the same internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB.
The LG Velvet shoots better videos and photos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same aperture, the LG Velvet also has a way bigger sensor and a way more mega pixels camera in the back. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features greater battery lifetime than LG Velvet, because it has a 16 percent bigger battery size.
