The LG Velvet has a score of 87.1, which is better than Google Pixel 3a XL's global score of 78.9. The LG Velvet body is newer and a little bit thinner, but a bit heavier than Google Pixel 3a XL. The LG Velvet features a little faster CPU than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG Velvet also has more RAM.
LG Velvet counts with just a bit better screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a quite lower count of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2460 and a quite larger display. The LG Velvet features a better camera than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the LG Velvet also has a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a much higher resolution back-facing camera.
