The LG Velvet construction is a little thinner but heavier than Google Pixel 4, and both of them were released with only a couple months difference. The Google Pixel 4 has a bit sharper display than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2280 and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of display.

The Google Pixel 4 counts with a bit better hardware performance than LG Velvet. They have 6 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit. The LG Velvet has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 4, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal storage.

The LG Velvet has a superior battery lifetime than Google Pixel 4, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh. The LG Velvet shoots much better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 4, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for taking photos and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the LG Velvet also counts with a back camera with much more mega-pixels and a lot larger camera sensor which gives a lot higher image and video quality.

The LG Velvet not only is the best devices in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper, making this phone a great choice.
