The LG Velvet is better than the Huawei Mate 10, with a score of 87.1 against 78.9. LG Velvet's construction is way newer, a little bit thinner and a little bit lighter than Huawei Mate 10. The LG Velvet has a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG Velvet also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Huawei Mate 10 has a sharper display than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a greater screen density. LG Velvet shoots better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the LG Velvet also counts with a much bigger sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution.
