Comparison review
LG Velvet has a global score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro's global score of 79.2. The LG Velvet design has the same thickness than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, but it is a little heavier. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a CPU that's just as good as the processing unit in LG Velvet, both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processing unit.
Huawei Mate 10 Pro and LG Velvet count with very similar screens, because although the Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a bit lower 1080 x 2160 resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixel count per inch in the screen. The LG Velvet has a lot bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory, the LG Velvet also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
LG Velvet captures better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for taking pictures and video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the LG Velvet also counts with a much larger sensor taking lot better quality videos and photos and a way higher resolution back facing camera.
The LG Velvet has just a bit better battery life than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
