Comparison review
LG Velvet is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20, with a global score of 87.1 against 79.5. The LG Velvet design is newer, a little lighter and just a bit thinner than the Huawei Mate 20. The Huawei Mate 20 has a little sharper display than LG Velvet, although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2244, a quite smaller display and a bit lower amount of pixels per inch in the display.
LG Velvet has a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG Velvet also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate 20 features a little bit better hardware performance than LG Velvet, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
The LG Velvet shoots much clearer photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the LG Velvet also has a bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a way higher resolution back facing camera.
LG Velvet features a little better battery performance than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we compare here, LG Velvet is also a bargain compared to the other phones, making this phone a no doubt choice.
