Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a general score of 87.1, which is a bit better than Motorola Moto G 5G's overall score of 81.5. Even when LG Velvet and Motorola Moto G 5G were only released 7 months apart, LG Velvet is noticeably thinner and somewhat lighter. The LG Velvet counts with a bit better performance than Motorola Moto G 5G, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG Velvet also has 2 GB more RAM.
The LG Velvet has a bit sharper screen than Moto G 5G, because it has a just a little greater pixel density, a quite larger display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2460. The LG Velvet features a much greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Moto G 5G, because it has more internal storage and a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Moto G 5G features longer battery lifetime than LG Velvet, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. The LG Velvet features a slightly better camera than Moto G 5G, although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low-light photos and video, they both have a 48 mega pixels camera, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution.
