Comparison review
LG Velvet has a score of 87.1, which is better than Moto G Power's 76.1 overall score. Although the LG Velvet and Moto G Power were released with only 1 months difference, the LG Velvet is just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner. LG Velvet features a bit sharper screen than Moto G Power, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2460px and a little bit larger display.
The LG Velvet features a bit faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG Velvet also has more RAM memory. The LG Velvet has a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G Power, because it has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory.
LG Velvet captures better pictures and videos than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the LG Velvet also counts with a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution and a much larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Moto G Power features better battery life than LG Velvet, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
The LG Velvet costs a lot more money than Motorola Moto G Power, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
