Comparison review
LG Velvet has a general score of 87.1, which is better than OnePlus 8 Pro's global score of 77.2. Even when LG Velvet and the OnePlus 8 Pro were released with only 1 months difference, LG Velvet is a little bit thinner and just a little lighter. OnePlus 8 Pro has a much better looking screen than LG Velvet, and although they both have a display with the same size, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a greater pixels density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels.
The LG Velvet features a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than OnePlus 8 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the LG Velvet also has a SD card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. OnePlus 8 Pro counts with just a little better performance than LG Velvet, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
OnePlus 8 Pro captures a bit better photographs and videos than LG Velvet, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same video resolution and a same resolution back-facing camera, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a way bigger sensor taking much better quality videos and photographs and higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.
OnePlus 8 Pro has a bit superior battery duration than LG Velvet, because it has a 5% bigger battery size.
The LG Velvet not only is the best phones of the ones we are comparing, but it's also by far the cheapest one.
