Comparison review
The Galaxy A71 has a score of 87.5, which is a little bit better than the LG Velvet's 87.1 score. Even though Galaxy A71 and the LG Velvet were released with only a couple of months difference, Galaxy A71 is just a little bit thinner and a little bit lighter. LG Velvet features a little better processing power than Galaxy A71. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
The LG Velvet features a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A71, because it has a slightly higher 1080 x 2460px resolution, a little more pixels per screen inch and a little larger display. The LG Velvet has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A71, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG Velvet also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Galaxy A71 shoots just a bit better videos and photos than LG Velvet, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy A71 also has a lot better resolution camera and a larger camera sensor taking higher quality photos.
Galaxy A71 features just a bit longer battery duration than LG Velvet, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4300mAh.
Although Galaxy A71 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG Velvet. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy A71, else you can save some money and get the LG Velvet, resigning some features and specs.
