The LG Velvet has a global score of 87.1, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018)'s general score of 85.2. LG Velvet's construction has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), but it's just a little bit lighter. LG Velvet features a slightly better display than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a just a little better pixels number per inch in the display, a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2460px and a quite bigger screen.
LG Velvet counts with a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018). Both have 6 GB of RAM memory and 8 cores. The LG Velvet takes slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the LG Velvet also counts with a way more megapixels camera and a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing lot better quality videos and photographs.
