Comparison review
The LG Velvet is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy M21, getting a score of 87.1 against 84.1. Although the LG Velvet and Samsung Galaxy M21 were released with only a couple of months difference, the LG Velvet is a bit lighter and somewhat thinner. LG Velvet has just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy M21, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG Velvet also has more RAM.
Galaxy M21 counts with a little more vivid display than LG Velvet, because although it has a little worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better screen pixels density. The Galaxy M21 counts with a slightly better camera than LG Velvet, although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for taking photos or video in poorly lited environments, they both have a same size camera sensor, the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same video quality and a same resolution back facing camera.
LG Velvet features a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M21, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy M21 counts with a way better battery life than LG Velvet, because it has a 40 percent greater battery capacity.
