Comparison review

LG Velvet has a general score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Note8's general score of 83. LG Velvet's construction is much newer, just a little lighter and just a little thinner than Galaxy Note8. The Galaxy Note8 has a CPU that's just as good as the processor in LG Velvet, both of them have a 6 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a slightly better display than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a greater pixels count per screen inch. LG Velvet features a much greater memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB more internal storage capacity.

The LG Velvet features improved battery life than Galaxy Note8, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh. LG Velvet has a superior camera than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting images or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the LG Velvet also counts with a way more MP back facing camera and a lot larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.

In addition to being the best phone in our current comparison, the LG Velvet is also a lot cheaper, which makes it very easy to pick between these phones.
