Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy S20 is a bit better than the LG Velvet, having a general score of 94.8 against 87.1. Samsung Galaxy S20's construction has the same thickness than the LG Velvet, but it is a little lighter. The Samsung Galaxy S20 has just a bit better performance than LG Velvet, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy S20 has a little sharper screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and a higher number of pixels per screen inch. LG Velvet takes a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S20, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor providing a worse image quality, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and a F1.8 aperture, the LG Velvet also counts with faster video frame rate and a back camera with a way higher resolution.

The LG Velvet features a better storage to install applications and games than Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG Velvet also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The LG Velvet has a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S20, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG Velvet. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S20, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the LG Velvet, letting go some specifications.
