Comparison review
The LG Velvet is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S4, having an 87.1 score against 79. The LG Velvet construction has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy S4, but it is incredibly heavier. The Galaxy S4 has a sharper screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little better pixel density.
LG Velvet counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Galaxy S4, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG Velvet features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores.
LG Velvet captures much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a bigger camera aperture, a lot higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, a way higher video quality and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photos. LG Velvet counts with a way better battery duration than Galaxy S4, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
Although LG Velvet is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S4. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy LG Velvet, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy S4, letting go a couple features and specs.
