The LG Velvet has a global score of 87.1, which is much better than the Galaxy S7 edge's global score of 78.1. LG Velvet's construction is extremely newer, but somewhat heavier and a bit thicker than Galaxy S7 edge. Galaxy S7 edge has a bit better looking screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better 1440 x 2560 resolution and more pixels per inch of screen.
The LG Velvet has a much greater storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has more internal storage and an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The LG Velvet counts with just a bit better performance than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 4 more processing cores and more RAM.
The LG Velvet has greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 4300mAh battery size. LG Velvet takes better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures and videos in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the LG Velvet also counts with a larger sensor providing a higher image quality and a camera in the back with way more megapixels.
