Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a general score of 87.1, which is just a bit better than Xperia 1 V's score of 82.7. Despite of the fact that LG Velvet is incredibly older than the Xperia 1 V, it's body is a little thinner and a bit lighter. Xperia 1 V features just a bit better looking display than LG Velvet, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution and a lot higher number of pixels per screen inch.
LG Velvet counts with a way better hardware performance than Sony Xperia 1 V, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Sony Xperia 1 V takes a little bit better videos and photos than LG Velvet, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have a 48 megapixels back camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia 1 V also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and pictures and better video frame rates.
LG Velvet counts with a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia 1 V, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Sony Xperia 1 V has improved battery lifetime than LG Velvet, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4300mAh.
