Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a global score of 87.1, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Black Shark 3's 86.6 general score. LG Velvet's design is much thinner and lighter than the Xiaomi Black Shark 3, although both were released only a couple months apart. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a little bit better processing power than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 counts with a screen that's just as good as LG Velvet's screen, although the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a quite smaller display, a just a little inferior pixel quantity per screen inch and a bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than LG Velvet, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture and the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has higher 60 fps video frame rate, a much higher 64 megapixels resolution camera and a bigger camera sensor shooting better quality photos.
LG Velvet has a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the LG Velvet also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a bit superior battery lifetime than LG Velvet, because it has a 10 percent larger battery size.
