Comparison review
The LG Velvet is better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, getting a overall score of 87.1 against 77.5. The LG Velvet is a way newer and somewhat lighter cellphone than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, but it is just a little bit thicker. LG Velvet features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a just a bit higher pixels density, a little bit larger display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2460.
The LG Velvet features just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have 8 cores, the LG Velvet also has 2 GB more RAM. LG Velvet counts with a better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the LG Velvet also has a bigger aperture to take better low-light photos and video, a lot larger sensor providing a lot better image quality and a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels.
The LG Velvet counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have equal internal storage, the LG Velvet also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with longer battery duration than LG Velvet, because it has a 5300mAh battery size.
In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the LG Velvet is also the cheapest.
