Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a score of 79.3, which is much better than LG X venture's global score of 71.7. Both devices we are comparing come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has 5.1 version while LG X venture has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Samsung Galaxy Note 5's body is somewhat thinner than LG X venture, although it is just a little bit heavier and was released only 22 months before.
LG X venture counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with more cores (although slower). The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a much better screen than LG X venture, because it has a just a little better screen density, a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a quite bigger display.
LG X venture features a much better storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1,95 TB. Galaxy Note 5 has a better camera than LG X venture, and although they both have the same resolution camera, the Galaxy Note 5 also has a bigger aperture to take better low-light photos and videos and a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
The LG X venture counts with a very superior battery duration than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG X venture, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG X venture. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get LG X venture, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
