Comparison review
The Huawei Mercury is a bit better than Micromax Canvas XL, with a overall score of 52.4 against 47.9. The Huawei Mercury is a incredibly lighter but somewhat thicker phone than Micromax Canvas XL. Both phones in this review include Android OS, but Huawei Mercury has 2.3.3 version and Micromax Canvas XL has Android 4.2 version.
The Micromax Canvas XL features a bit better CPU than Huawei Mercury, because it has an additional graphics processing unit, a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores. Huawei Mercury and Micromax Canvas XL feature really similar displays, because although the Huawei Mercury has a lot smaller screen and a little worse resolution of 854 x 480, it also counts with a greater number of pixels per inch of screen.
The Micromax Canvas XL captures much better pictures and videos than Huawei Mercury. Both of them have the same video frame rate, a same resolution back-facing camera and the same 1280x720 video quality. Micromax Canvas XL features a greater memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mercury, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 32 GB, the Micromax Canvas XL also has 2 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Micromax Canvas XL has longer battery performance than Huawei Mercury, because it has a 2450mAh battery capacity against 1900mAh.
