Comparison review

The Xperia advance is a bit better than Micromax Canvas XL, getting a 52.5 score against 47.9. The Xperia advance body is a lot lighter and a bit thinner than Micromax Canvas XL. Both phones in this comparison use Android operating system, but Xperia advance has an older 2.3 version while Micromax Canvas XL has Android 4.2.

Micromax Canvas XL features a better hardware performance than Xperia advance, because it has an additional graphics co-processor, a higher number of cores (and they are faster) and a larger amount of RAM. Micromax Canvas XL features a bit sharper display than Xperia advance, because it has a bit better pixels density, a lot larger screen and a lot higher 960 x 540 resolution.

Xperia advance counts with as much storage to install applications and games as the Micromax Canvas XL, they have equal 4 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 32 GB. Micromax Canvas XL features a way better battery duration than Xperia advance, because it has 2450mAh of battery capacity instead of 1305mAh.

The Micromax Canvas XL takes much better pictures and videos than Xperia advance, and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Micromax Canvas XL also has a back-facing camera with a lot better 8 MP resolution.

In addition to being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Xperia advance is also a lot cheaper, which makes this phone an obvious call.
