Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is just a bit better than Galaxy M12, getting an 85.3 score against 80. Even though Microsoft Surface Duo 2 and Galaxy M12 were released with only 6 months difference, Microsoft Surface Duo 2's design is much heavier but also a lot thinner. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a newer 11 version and Galaxy M12 has Android 10 version, so it provides a lot of extra features.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy M12, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has a greater amount of RAM. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with a much better display than Samsung Galaxy M12, because it has a much higher resolution of 1892 x 2688, more pixels per screen inch and a larger screen.
Samsung Galaxy M12 has a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1 TB. Galaxy M12 captures a little bit better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rates and a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for shooting photographs in low-light environments, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy M12 also counts with a much higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
