Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a score of 85.3, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro's 77.2 general score. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 body is way newer and thinner, but much heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has an older 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has Android 8.1 Oreo.
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a just a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1892 x 2688 pixels, a lot bigger display and a way brighter display. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a bit bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has more RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with a little better battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has an 11 percent larger battery size.
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have a camera in the back with a 12 megapixels resolution, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has a way higher (4K) video resolution and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and videos in low-light situations.
