The Galaxy Rush is slightly better than Motorola Droid, getting a global score of 52.3 against 47.5. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Rush has a newer 4.1.2 version while Motorola Droid has Android 2.2, counting with some extra features. Galaxy Rush is a a lot newer cellphone, and it's also thinner and noticeably lighter than the Motorola Droid.

Motorola Droid counts with an incredibly better display than Galaxy Rush, because it has a much higher display pixels density, a little bigger display and a much better 854 x 480 resolution.
