Huawei P20 is just a bit better than the Motorola Droid Turbo, with a global score of 78.1 against 76.4. Huawei P20 is a a lot newer cellphone, and it's also just a bit lighter and thinner than Motorola Droid Turbo. These phones include Android OS, but Huawei P20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version, providing you some nice extra features and optimized performance.
Motorola Droid Turbo features a brighter screen than Huawei P20, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and more pixels per inch of screen.
