Galaxy Note9 is better than Motorola Droid Turbo, with a general score of 87.1 against 76.4. Even though Galaxy Note9 is heavier than the Motorola Droid Turbo, it's noticeably thinner and also noticeably newer. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features just a bit better processing power than Motorola Droid Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with more cores and more RAM.

The Motorola Droid Turbo counts with a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a quite lower 2560 x 1440 resolution, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel quantity per screen inch. The Galaxy Note9 has much more storage to install applications and games than Motorola Droid Turbo, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has just a bit better camera than Motorola Droid Turbo, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 video quality and a camera in the back with lot less MP resolution, it also counts with a lot larger camera aperture for better images in poorly lited environments. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has just a bit longer battery performance than Motorola Droid Turbo, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Motorola Droid Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Droid Turbo. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note9, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Motorola Droid Turbo, resigning a couple specifications.
