The Motorola DROID Turbo is just a bit better than the Galaxy C7, getting a general score of 77.9 against 77.7. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Motorola DROID Turbo has the older 4.4.4 version and Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison review, the Motorola DROID Turbo is an older, extremely thicker and just a little heavier cellphone than Galaxy C7.
Motorola DROID Turbo has a way better display than Galaxy C7, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a higher screen density. The Samsung Galaxy C7 has a much better storage to install applications and games than Motorola DROID Turbo, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy C7 also has a SD card slot that supports up to 128 GB.
Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Motorola DROID Turbo features a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and videos, it also counts with a much more mega pixels back facing camera and a way better video quality.
The Motorola DROID Turbo features greater battery performance than Galaxy C7, because it has an 18 percent bigger battery capacity.
