Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a bit better than the Motorola DROID Turbo, getting an 81.7 score against 77.9. Both phones we are comparing have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has newer 5.0 version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4, counting with lots of additional features and performance enhancements. Although Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and the Motorola DROID Turbo were released with only 2 months difference, Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is just a little bit lighter and way thinner.

The Motorola DROID Turbo features a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with a little more pixels per display inch. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge's processing unit is very similar to the CPU in Motorola DROID Turbo, both of them have a 3 GB RAM memory, a 500 megahertz graphics processing unit and 4 cpu cores.

The Motorola DROID Turbo and the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge both have extremely similar cameras, although the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a worse video resolution, a back facing camera with lot less MP and a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting pictures and video in poorly lited environments.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a bit bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports up to 128 GB. Motorola DROID Turbo has greater battery duration than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 30% bigger battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola DROID Turbo. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Note Edge, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Motorola DROID Turbo, letting go some specs and features.
