The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has an overall score of 87.1, which is much better than the Motorola DROID Turbo's 77.9 global score. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 body is notably newer and noticeably thinner, but somewhat heavier than the Motorola DROID Turbo. The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a better screen than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440, it also counts with a just a bit greater screen density.

Galaxy Note9 has a little better processing power than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores and 3 GB more RAM memory.
