Sony Xperia TL has a score of 66.1, which is a bit better than Motorola DROID Ultra's score of 65.3. Xperia TL has a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola DROID Ultra, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia TL also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 32 GB.
The Xperia TL counts with a little better processing power than Motorola DROID Ultra, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Xperia TL also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. Sony Xperia TL captures better photos and videos than Motorola DROID Ultra, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Sony Xperia TL also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels.
Motorola DROID Ultra has just a little bit longer battery life than Sony Xperia TL, because it has a 2130mAh battery size against 1850mAh.
Xperia TL costs a bit more money than the Motorola DROID Ultra, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
