Motorola Edge 50 Pro is much better than the vivo X70 Pro, having a general score of 86.3 against 78.3. Motorola Edge 50 Pro's design is way newer, but a little bit heavier and a little thicker than vivo X70 Pro. Both devices in this review have Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a newer 14 version and vivo X70 Pro has Android 11 version, counting with a couple additional features and increased performance.
Vivo X70 Pro has a much more powerful processing unit than Motorola Edge 50 Pro. Both have 12 GB of RAM and 8 CPU cores. Motorola Edge 50 Pro counts with a more vivid display than vivo X70 Pro, because although it has a bit worse pixels amount per inch in the display, it also counts with a bit bigger screen and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400.
The vivo X70 Pro shoots clearer pictures and videos than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, because although it has a tinier camera sensor and a tinier aperture, and they both have the same resolution back-facing camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the vivo X70 Pro also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than vivo X70 Pro, because it has more internal memory. Motorola Edge 50 Pro and vivo X70 Pro have extremely similar battery performance, although the vivo X70 Pro has just 4450mAh of battery size against 4500mAh.
