Comparison review
The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is better than TCL 20 Pro 5G, with an 87.1 score against 76.1. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has 14 version and TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features and better performance. Although Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is just a bit heavier than TCL 20 Pro 5G, it's just a bit thinner and notably newer.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G has a very superior performance than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Motorola Edge 50 Ultra counts with a much better display than TCL 20 Pro 5G. Both have the same display pixel density, the same 1080 x 2400 resolution and a display of the same size.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G features just a bit more memory to install applications and games than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, because although it has only 256 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1 TB. The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra takes just a bit better pictures and videos than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have the same video definition, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra also has faster video frame rate, a higher 50 mega-pixels resolution camera, a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking much better quality photos and videos and a bigger aperture for better low-light images.
TCL 20 Pro 5G's battery life is very similar to the battery lifetime in Motorola Edge 50 Ultra.
