Samsung Galaxy M31 is just a bit better than the Motorola Edge 50, with an 86.5 score against 81.2. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy M31 has the older 11 version and Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14 version. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy M31 design is noticeably older, just a little heavier and thicker than the Motorola Edge 50.
The Motorola Edge 50 counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M31, because it has a little bit better number of pixels in each inch of screen, a quite larger screen, way more brightness and a slightly higher 1220 x 2712 pixels resolution. The Galaxy M31 has an extremely better processor than Motorola Edge 50, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Galaxy M31 features a bit better camera than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor which offers a lower image and video quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same aperture and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy M31 also counts with a way more mega pixels camera in the back.
The Motorola Edge 50 features a greater storage to install applications and games than Galaxy M31, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy M31 counts with superior battery life than Motorola Edge 50, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
