The Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is a bit better than the Motorola Edge 50's 81.2 score. The Galaxy Note Edge construction is just a little lighter than Motorola Edge 50, but it is a little thicker and was released 10 years before. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy Note Edge has an older 5.0 version while Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14 version.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a really superior processing power than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has 5 GB less RAM memory and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Note Edge counts with just a bit better looking display than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a just a little greater display pixel density.

The Motorola Edge 50 counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a bigger aperture to take better low light images and videos, a lot larger camera sensor providing a much better image quality and a back facing camera with lot more MP.

The Motorola Edge 50 counts with much more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Motorola Edge 50 has a really longer battery performance than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
