Google Pixel 3a is slightly better than Moto E7 Plus, getting a 78.8 score against 75.7. The Google Pixel 3a construction is extremely lighter and thinner than the Moto E7 Plus, although it was released a little bit over a year before.

The Motorola Moto E7 Plus counts with a much longer battery life than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a 67% bigger battery size.
