Comparison review
Moto G 5G is slightly better than LG Q70, with a global score of 81.5 against 77.9. Both of these phones work with the same Android 10 operating system, so both of them should provide the same operating system features. The Moto G 5G body is somewhat thicker and just a bit heavier than the LG Q70. Moto G 5G has a little better processing power than LG Q70. They have the same RAM memory amount and 8 processing cores.
LG Q70 has a screen that's very similar to the Motorola Moto G 5G one, because although the LG Q70 has a little smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2310, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the screen.
