The Moto G 5G is just a bit better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, having an 81.5 score against 77. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Moto G 5G has the older 10 version while Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13 version. Even being the best in this comparison review, the Moto G 5G design is extremely older, incredibly thicker and heavier than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo.
Moto G 5G features a very superior processor than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has lesser RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores. Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a sharper screen than Motorola Moto G 5G, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also counts with a bit better number of pixels in each inch in the display.
Moto G 5G features a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo and Moto G 5G both feature quite similar batteries performance.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo captures a bit better photographs and videos than Moto G 5G, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and video, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also counts with a back-facing camera with a higher resolution.
