Sony Xperia 10 III has a global score of 83.7, which is just a bit better than the Moto G 5G's 81.5 general score. Both devices in this review have Android operating system, but Sony Xperia 10 III has a newer 11 version while Moto G 5G has Android 10 version. Even when Sony Xperia 10 III and Moto G 5G were only released with a few months difference, Sony Xperia 10 III is somewhat thinner and a lot lighter.

Xperia 10 III's CPU is just as good as the processor in Moto G 5G, and although the Xperia 10 III has 2 GB more RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Sony Xperia 10 III counts with a bit better looking screen than Motorola Moto G 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher amount of pixels per inch in the display and a bit higher 1080 x 2520 pixels resolution.

Moto G 5G has a superior camera than Sony Xperia 10 III, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Moto G 5G also has a much higher 48 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a larger aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos.

The Xperia 10 III counts with a greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G 5G, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB. Motorola Moto G 5G features just a little better battery duration than Xperia 10 III, because it has an 11% greater battery size.
