The Samsung Epic 4G Touch has an overall score of 60.8, which is slightly better than the Moto G's 60.3 score. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Epic 4G Touch is extremely older than Moto G, it's design is thinner and a little lighter. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Epic 4G Touch has the older 4.1.2 version and Moto G has Android 5.0.

The Motorola Moto G counts with a bit better CPU than Samsung Epic 4G Touch, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Motorola Moto G also has a higher number of 1200 megahertz cores and a graphics co-processor. The Motorola Moto G features a brighter display than Samsung Epic 4G Touch, and although they both have a same size screen, the Motorola Moto G also has a lot better pixels count per inch of display and a way better resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

The Samsung Epic 4G Touch counts with a little bit better camera than Moto G, because it has a much higher 8 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a way higher 1920x1080 video definition.
