Galaxy Nexus has a score of 65.5, which is a bit better than Motorola Moto G's 60.3 overall score. The Galaxy Nexus construction is just a little bit lighter and a lot thinner than Motorola Moto G, even though it was released many years before. The Galaxy Nexus takes much clearer pictures and videos than Moto G, and although they both have a 5 MP resolution back camera, the Galaxy Nexus also has a way higher video quality.
The Galaxy Nexus is a little more expensive than Moto G, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
