The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G Power (2021), getting a 79.2 score against 76.5. Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) is an incredibly older phone than the Motorola Moto G Power (2021), but it's thinner and lighter anyway. The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) features a brighter screen than Motorola Moto G Power (2021), because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater screen pixel density and a much better resolution of 1080 x 2220px.

The Galaxy A8 (2018) counts with a bit superior processor than Moto G Power (2021). Both have a 4 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Moto G Power (2021) has a slightly bigger memory to install applications and games than Galaxy A8 (2018), and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Moto G Power (2021) also has an external SD slot that supports up to 512 GB.

Moto G Power (2021) shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy A8 (2018), and although they both have the same aperture and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Moto G Power (2021) also has better 60 frames per second video frame rate and a back-facing camera with much more megapixels. The Moto G Power (2021) has a really longer battery performance than Galaxy A8 (2018), because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
