The Moto G Power has a general score of 76.1, which is slightly better than the Motorola Moto G7's 75.2 global score. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto G Power has an older 11 version while Motorola Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie. Moto G Power is a newer cellphone than the Motorola Moto G7, but it's somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier.

The Motorola Moto G Power counts with a bit better performance than Motorola Moto G7. They have 8 processing cores and the same RAM amount. Motorola Moto G7 counts with a display that is just as good as Moto G Power's screen, because although the Motorola Moto G7 has a bit worse 1080 x 2270 pixels resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little better pixels count per inch of display.

The Moto G7 counts with as much storage to install applications and games as the Motorola Moto G Power one, both of them have a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 512 GB and the same internal memory. Moto G Power features a slightly better camera than Motorola Moto G7, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Moto G Power also has a larger aperture and a much higher 16 megapixels resolution back camera.

The Moto G Power features a very superior battery life than Motorola Moto G7, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Motorola Moto G Power is a better device, it costs a little more money than the Motorola Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Moto G7. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Motorola Moto G Power, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Motorola Moto G7, giving up a couple features and specifications.
