The Huawei P30 Lite has an overall score of 77, which is just a bit better than Moto G4 Plus's global score of 72.1. The Huawei P30 Lite body is incredibly newer and way thinner, but a little heavier than the Moto G4 Plus. Huawei P30 Lite features a little more vivid display than Moto G4 Plus, because it has a quite bigger display, a slightly better 1080 x 2312 pixels resolution and a bit more pixels per inch of screen.
Huawei P30 Lite counts with just a bit better processing power than Moto G4 Plus. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM amount. The Huawei P30 Lite shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Moto G4 Plus, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a back-facing camera with way more megapixels and a bigger aperture to take better images and videos in low-light environments.
Huawei P30 Lite has a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Moto G4 Plus, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. The Huawei P30 Lite features just a bit better battery lifetime than Motorola Moto G4 Plus, because it has an 11% larger battery size.
Although Huawei P30 Lite is a better device, it costs a lot more than Motorola Moto G4 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Moto G4 Plus. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Huawei P30 Lite, otherwise you can save some money and get the Motorola Moto G4 Plus, resigning a couple specs and features.
