The Xperia 1 III is a lot better than the Moto G53, with a 93.3 score against 72. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 III has older 11 version while Moto G53 has Android 13 version. The Xperia 1 III is a a bit heavier cellphone than the Moto G53, but both are equally thin.
