Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is just a bit better than the Moto G8 Power, having an 80.7 score against 76. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the previous 5.0 version while Moto G8 Power has Android 10. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is an much older phone than the Moto G8 Power, but it's somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner anyway.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a bit better display than Moto G8 Power, although it has a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a little smaller display and a quite lower pixel number in each inch in the display. The Moto G8 Power features a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Moto G8 Power also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 512 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a bit superior CPU than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also counts with an extra graphics processor. Moto G8 Power counts with a superior battery performance than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 3200mAh.

Motorola Moto G8 Power captures a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola Moto G8 Power also has a much bigger aperture to capture better low-light photos and video, a bigger sensor which offers a higher image and video quality and a better resolution camera.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 costs a bit more than Moto G8 Power, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
