The Galaxy F23 is much better than Motorola Moto G8, with a overall score of 84.6 against 74.4. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Galaxy F23 has newer 12 version and Motorola Moto G8 has Android 10, so it counts with a couple nice extra features.
